Wrap your Dell LA65NS0-00 AC Adapter power cords Properly
I work in a computer repair shop, so naturally, I see a lot of laptops. The thing that surprises me the most, is that people rarely have their laptop ac adapters wrapped properly. Many people have crude ways to wrap their Dell LA65NS0-00 AC Adapter power cords, or they don't wrap them at all, causing a big mess of spaghetti style knots and tangles.
The best way to protect your cables is to wrap them properly. In each step I show a different type of Dell LA65NS0-00 AC Adapter.
Step one, a Dell AC Adapter with a large Velcro or rubber strap.
Step two, a power adapter with no Velcro or rubber strap.
Step three, a laptop ac adapters with two small Velcro straps.
Step four, a power adapter with one small Velcro strap.
Step five, a very small Dell LA65NS0-00 AC Adapter with no Velcro or rubber straps.
This is probably the most common type of power adapter. It is a power laptop ac adapter, with either a large Velcro strap at the end of one of the wires, or a large rubber strap coming out of the side of the Dell AC Adapter. To wrap it, take both wires in one hand, and wrap both of them around the Dell LA65NS0-00 AC Adapter the long way. Keep wrapping until you run out of wire.
This is a less common type of Dell AC Adapter, but still one that is used. It is a laptop power supply that has a small piece of Velcro at the end of each wire. To wrap this type of power laptop ac adapter, take one wire and wrap it in a small figure 8 shape, or wrap it around your hand. Wrap the single wire until you get to the end then wrap the Velcro around the wrapped wire.
This type of power Dell LA65NS0-00 AC Adapter is usually used for small laptops and netbooks. The power adapter has no straps, and it is too small to wrap the wire around the Dell LA65NS0-00 AC Adapter. To wrap this type of power adapter, take one wire and wrap it in a small figure 8 shape, or wrap it around your hand. Wrap until you have a little less than a foot of wire left.

Why does my Macbook power adapter only work when I hold it on physically?
Its pretty obvious there is probably something wrong with the connectors on the adapter but my regular Macbook power cord only works when i tape the male end of the adapter directly to my Macbook tightly. Even when I do this it charges really slowly and will randomly stop charging. Is there any quick fixes until I attempt buying a new adapter?
It probably is a wire lose inside the insulation at the plug. But it maybe the plug inside your lap top it is soldered into the mother board and if jerked out or twisted it can break loose. You should take both the lap top and A/C charger in to a computer store repair center and have checked as to not have one of them short out.
