How to choose stationary bike stand
Stationary bike stand was made to give a great number of trains to the user. As you start off look into for the exact stand for stationary bike, you'll find a lot of brands than you imagine. You be able to construct all approach of stationary bikes with stationary bike stands. You know how to even implement stands, trainers or rollers with a recumbent stationary bike. Several of them are able to emulate grounds and rises, which are able to supply users with a new realistic cycling experience.
There are two styles of stationary bike stands; the vertical kinds furthermore the recumbent models. The biker's pedaling is similar to that of a real bike also. The recumbent stationary bikes permit persons to be seated in a more undisturbed way, whilst it is merely the legs that work as pedaling the bikes. You be capable of even implement stands, trainers or rollers with a recumbent stationary bike.
Stationary Bike Stand - Trainer
A stationary bike trainer fastens at the rear dropouts of your bicycle. Your front wheel will stay on. You be capable of uncover stationary bike trainers which clamp to the front fork also underneath bracket, on the contrary such models frequently put more stress on your bike's frame.
One is able to obtain stationary bike stand trainers with three numerous versions of resistance:
Air Resistance Stationary Bike Trainer
This simple resistance system is based on a fan with the intention of increases resistance as you increase your speed. It is probably the most steadfast resistance mechanism, although it barely allows a sole changeable resistance stage and it is also the noisiest selection.
Magnetic Resistance Stationary Bike Stand
Whilst you start buy for stationary bike trainers, stands with magnetic resistance will be the most ordinary selection. Unless you get a truly expensive type, you'll require stopping pedaling to modify the resistance.
Fluid Resistance Stationary Bike Trainers
Fluid resistance stationary bike trainers are the most costly and most tricky to keep in good condition. Nevertheless, they supply handiness in that changing resistance is only like varying gears and the fluid resistance offers the most real pedaling and riding feel of all resistance mechanisms. We advocate you test out several indoor stationary bike trainers before you purchase it. They everyone have several beats and experiences to them then what version of trainer you become aware of to be the top stationary bike trainer will mainly depend on your particular personal preference.
Stationary Bike Stand - Rollers
Instead of fix your bicycle in an unchanging location, you keep balance your wheels over rollers. This provides a smoother and ordinary pedaling sense, but it requires balance and correct setup. I advise you select a quality plastic or rubber roller for handiness of cleaning and strength. Stationary bike stand rollers offer a pleasant alternative to stagnant bikes stands and still are able to help you boost your cycling balance.
Both Rollers and Trainers
Both versions of bike stands allow you to take a other extreme exercises while you won't need the distractions caused all through outdoor biking, allowing you to maintain and make the most of your heart rate. You can also raise your pedal stroke by spinning one leg to see every one leg's flaws.

Which tubes will give my Super Reverb high gain tone at 3-4 volume?
I love the break up on my '73 Super Reverb, but it needs to be turned up to 8 or 9 before it starts. I really prefer it over the tone of distortion/overdrive pedals. I guess it defeats the purpose of buying such a notoriously clean amp, but I would love to have the option. Would different tubes allow more responsiveness to my guitar's volume? Is there an overdrive pedal out there that boosts without coloring? Do I just need to buy a second amp?
Well a proper overdrive pedal is designed to do exactly what you're asking.
When overdrive pedals first came out, their intended purpose was to push the amp into overdrive at a lower volume. Pedal makers kept upping the ante so to speak, and eventually they started marketing pedals that produced that distorted sound on their own (distortion pedals).
Try a simple overdrive pedal like the old Tube Screamers. Maxon makes an excellent replica of the early TS9's, they call it the OD9. In fact, Maxon was the contract builder for the old TS9's. The parts they use in the OD9's are the same ones that were in those old Tube Screamers.
If that colors the tone too much, try the Xotic AC Booster (http://www.xotic.us/effects/ac_booster/). Electro Harmonix has a few really awesome boosters that are pretty transparent, such as the LPB-1, LPB-2UBE, and the Signal Pad.
You may also consider a power attenuator, such as the THD Hot Plate. This will allow you to crank the amp all the way up to it's breaking point, but still keep the volume under control.
Out of all those options, I think I would try the LPB-1 first. It's only $40 and it's from EHX, and everything they make sounds wonderful and lasts forever. Turn it on and kick the amp in the ass, then click it back off and go back to that pristine Fender clean.
