I want to buy a good distortion pedal. I've narrowed it down to these 5, but i could use some help now. Which of these would be best?( I play music like Killswitch Engage,Bullet for My Valentine, Disturbed etc..)

I'm not a big fan of Digitech, I think the pedals in general sound digital-y and ... I dunno, in general blech. (to use the technical terms)
The MT-2 is one of the best pedals for heavy music I have ever heard. The parametric mid sweep makes it incredibly versatile, as far as the whole metal spectrum goes. It has a tendency to be a bit trebly and it really can't do overdrives or anything like that - it is meant for metal. Speed metal, thrash metal, power metal, death metal, anything from Slayer to Pantera. Get a power adapter for it, it chews through batteries pretty fast.
I am a new convert to the Boss OD-20 pedal. It has a bunch of pedal emulations, some good, some so-so, some unusable, but it does have a wide range of tones, from heavy to soft. If you have a chance to demo one, do so. It nails the Big Muff and DS-1, and approximates the MT-2 pretty well, and there's a bunch of different tones it can do that seem to work pretty well. It will work as an amp distortion booster with the gain turned down, or a standalone distortion with the gain turned up a little bit. Like most pedals, too much gain = noisy mess, so keep that in mind.
