I have the MT- 2 i really don't like it and would advise you to stay away from it, in my opinion it sounded like crap, its difficult to use, and not very versatile.
I have never tried the DigiTech.
It kinda depends of your preferences, go to a guitar center store and try them out with your guitar before you buy anything though. The sound is also gonna depend a lot on the amp your using.
Basically just go try em yourself.
