guitar pedal problems?

i have a digitech synth wah, mxr blue box, vox wah, and dod yngwie overdrive, all powered by a godlyke daisychain power supply, as of recently all my pedals have stopped working, they all turn on but when activated it cuts out the guitar signal, I've tried each one by itself with different power supplies and still nothing, also when i turn my wah on and raise it up a high pitched noise comes from my amp, I'm not sure if that will help diagnose the problem

it sounds like you may have the the cables mixed up on the wah, or yur wah is out of batteries or broken. I had the same problem, so i took apart the wah and went over some solders.
