Are You Destined To Have An Auto Immune Disease?
Most people are still un aware of the fact that if they do not supplement with a certain nutrient that is unobtainable from the food that is readily available that they are destined to develop an auto immune disease.

What do you know about mono that I don't?
First of all I know that can be transfered through kisses, sharing lip products, saliva or mucus contact, food, etc. I was recently tested positive. I don't know how I would have got it. I've been with my husband, but he has never been with anyone but me and I have only been with him, but he was tested negative? I am so confused on when the mono is an active contagion or just harmless, however not present. I know the symptoms, causes, diagnosis and treatment. I'm a nurse, so really I do know. I do know a lot about it, but now that I have it, I want to know more about it, because what I know still doesn't put my mind at ease. I need an answer that will hit the spot. How do I know when I am a carrying agent to the virus, and when I am safe? I can't help but wonder the source of my infection when I am a germ freak, and I have never shared anything. I constantly wash my hands, and eat and sleep and exercise to protect myself from these sorts of things, but I don't know what happend!
