I can't sleep... does anyone have any drug free tips?
I find myself not being able to sleep. I work full time, i take care of 3 kids and keep house, I am absolutley exhausted all the time, yet, I go to bed and my mind goes on overdrive and thoughts just fly by me. Basically, by the time I've fallen asleep, it's time to get up to go to work. I feel myself starting to get ill. I take a Tamaz from time to time, but i really don't want to take them because i find it too hard to get up in the morning. I would appreciate any advice. Thanx
