05 WRX Clutch makes weird sound?
i have a 05 wrx with 39k miles...
i recently felt the clutch makes a sound like "PAK!" when i press all the way down while shiftting from R to 1st gear or 1st to 2nd...its been heard 3 times..twice while i shift from R to 1st gear once when i shift from 1st to 2nd.....the sound comes from where my clutch pedal is..i can feel the sound with my foot when i press the clutch all the way down...and i wanna know is it time to replace my clutch? the point where it engages with the flywheel has been closer to top....

When you go from reverse to any gear you should make sure your RPM's go down to nearly idle, or at best, idle.
