effect/distortion pedal suggestion for bass amp?
I have been playin bass for about 10 years now and have recently had the urge to just mess around with my electric 6 string guitar. I dont like how it naturally sounds just plugged in and would like to get a disortion pedal or effects pedal for it. I am not looking to spend a load of cash on this because this isnt something I am super serious about and I only own bass amps (naturally).
My question is: What are some distortion/effect pedals you would suggest that would work on a bass amp and cost maybe $50 USDor less?
Ideally Id like an effect pedal that definately includes distortion and preferably wah, reverb and delay also.

Have a play with the Boss Virtual pedal board. It does bass and 6 string effects pedals and give you some idea of what the various effects pedals can do. You can then have a look around for similar (cheaper perhaps) pedals from other manufacturers. http://www.bossus.com/go/vpb-2/
