Customize Your Car With These Amazing Body Kits
Everybody wants to be unique and original. When it comes to expressing our personal style through the car we drive, we can use a variety of body kits to improve the appearance of the vehicle and to convert it into a more stylish and powerful machine. These kits are designed to replace the side skirts as well as the front and rear bumpers to completely change the façade of your car. These kits are loved by all those car enthusiasts who want to have a car that stands out from the rest of the crowd. Car kits are available in a whole range of cool and funky colors and styles.
Sometimes we only need to uplift the look and feel of our car, while at other times replacing these parts with new ones becomes necessary. This happens when our car encounters an accident or the parts wear out due to fierce weather conditions. You can select from a number of options to replace damaged or worn out bumpers and doors to give your vehicle a new look. These kits come in a variety of different materials such as fiberglass, plastic, aluminum, chrome stainless steel etc. Many people prefer fiberglass kits as they easily fit in with the rest of the parts and can also be given a complete customized look.
You can also buy individual parts to style your vehicle the way you like. This gives you an opportunity to mix colored parts made by different manufacturers. However, if you buy a complete custom body kit for your car, it will be easier to install. Some body kits are also composed of interior car parts like racing seats and dash trim kits. You can check out the complete range of stylish interior accessories to make your ride more pleasurable and exciting. These include shift knobs, steering wheels, shoulder pads and belts, glow gauges and pedals.
The most popular exterior parts included in car kits include engine styling equipment, exterior paint sprays, grills, headlight eyelids, bull bars, light covers, HID kits, vertical doors, neon lighting, mirrors, hoods and window films. Glow paints are highly appreciated by youngsters and they come in thrilling colors like violet, orange, white, red, sky blue and aqua blue. These paints are not expensive at all and you can buy them separately if you are not looking for a complete car kit. You can also check out some cool door sills to protect your doors from dirt and scratches.
Backup sensors can be used by beginner drivers and even experts when they want to be alarmed in case of a collision while reversing. These sensors come with an LCD display to show the distance along with location indicators. They are ideal to be used as excellent defensive parts and are included in most body kits available out there. Weather shields or hoods are yet another cool customization option that can be purchased to protect your car from severe weather conditions such as thunderstorm and intense heat. They are also custom-designed for all car models and come very handy when you have to travel to far away and exotic places.
When talking about amazing car kits, how can one forget the stainless steel vertical doors loved by car enthusiasts? These door kits are now widely available on the market and they come with a complete instructions booklet to help you throughout the installation procedure. Look for wonderful vertical door kits that come with at least 1 year warranty period. Customizable car exterior kits are available for Chevrolet, Chrysler, Audi, Honda, Eagle, Lexus, Ford, Jaguar, Mercedes and many other makes. Express your unique style by installing these cool car kits that come with customizable bumpers and side skirts.

Are all volume/tone knobs for electric guitars a standard size?
I have a Gibson SG. I like the stock knobs but I want to make it look more like Angus Young's SG. I want to install the "Witch Hat" knobs. I found ones at guitar center online, but they say they are for a tele. Will they fit?

Thanks in advance!
Again, I own a Gibson SG, NOT a Strat or a Tele.
Hello! These knobs are designed to be push-on replacements for the common ¼ inch potentiometer shafts, and should work fine on your Stratocaster. Most guitars are outfitted the ¼ inch-shaft pots; those with the knurled split-shaft use the ¼ inch push-on type of retaining method for the knobs, whereas the solid-shaft pots require the set-screw arrangement. Best regards, Dana
P.S. Sorry, I had Stratocaster on the brain! If your Gibson SG has knurled split-shaft potentiometers, you are good to go; if not, look further for the set-screw version. A couple of other sources for the knobs would include Guitar Fetish at http://store.guitarfetish.com/vitecustknse.html , Stewart-MacDonald at http://www.stewmac.com/shop/Knobs/Bell_knobs/Bell_Knob.html?tab=Pictures#details , WD Music Products at http://www.wdmusic.com/gibson_replacement_knobs_tips.html , and Guitar Parts USA at http://www.guitarpartsusa.com/cat--Guitar-Knobs-and-Plastics--MAIN15 .
