I have a Sony KDL52XBR6 and I am experiencing sound issues. ?
I am using the Fiber optic out on the set and have about a 5 second or so delay in audio.Every time I change the channel it takes about 5 seconds for me to hear audio. I have tried the stereo out with the rca cables and am having the same issue.I know its the tv because i hooked up the sound system with another tv and have had no lag what so ever. Any advice would be appreciated.
With the audio running from your source to the TV, then to the stereo, the sound is having to take more time than the video to be presented.
I recommend running the fiber optic cables and any other audio cables into the stereo directly from the sources and keeping all video cables hooked up into the TV.
If that doesn't work, take it back. Big box stores have a 30 day return and 60 day exchange policy.
