Tiny AC Adapter Follows Light Laptop
Laptop manufacturers have devoted a lot on the improvement of laptops, especially the appearance and the size. Laptops become thinner and thinner to release the carrying burdon. But for the notebook adapter, most people think it is a trouble to take it with the laptop here and there! The weight of an AC adapter is at least more than 500grams. Like my HP 380467-003 AC Adapter, it’s around half a kilo. It’s very inconvenient. If you forget to bring it, it’s hard to find a suitable alternative.
As we all know that notebook adapter for laptop is indispensable. The power supply system for notebook computers are divided in two parts: one is the internal power supply system; the other is the external power supply (adapter). Generally internal notebook power supply system should be no problem; problems came out from the external power supply system, that is, Laptop AC Adapter! External power supply has these problems, such as the adapter out of supply, short circuit, automatic shutdown, black screen, even an explosion, firing motherboard. As the adapter is composed by capacitors, resistors, inductors, switch diodes, power-core chips. All these are high-heating element! Therefore, the laptop adapter is really important just under the domain of CPU board, and the LCD screen.
Recently in the market, there are some ac adapter that thinner than the usual ones. Compared with my HP 380467-003 AC Adapter, it’s really fashion, elegant and tiny. Thus I have no confidence of this product. And it needs time to prove its efficiency and quality. In near future, hope the laptop AC adapter is as tiny as a card to carry with us. The most important is the quality though. Those smart ac adapters need time to prove. I am look forward to this trend of tiny AC adapter.
