Which is a better workout program?
I'm tryin to lose a few pounds and tone up my legs, arms, and stomach. I'm not fat, just outta shape. I have found 2 workout programs but I don't know which one is better..
the first program is Power 90 -- http://www.beachbody.com/product/fitness_programs/power90.do
the second program is Bender Ball -- http://benderball.com/
& if I go with Power 90 then after I finish it I would buy P90X and go from there.
I'm thinking that Power 90 will be better for me.

I bought Slim In 6
Very good workout. May not burn as much calories as others. But it will tone your body. I recommend to try ebay and find slim in 6 burn it up. thats the best workout. if you buy the whole package, you will spend a lot of money.
